Your Mission
As a trusted advisor, you’ll champion the success of our key accounts. You’ll develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and building unwavering customer loyalty. Your deep understanding of Atlassian solutions and passion for client satisfaction will be essential to our mutual achievements.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Builder: Forge strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Growth Catalyst: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts.
Strategic Planner: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that maximize customer lifetime value.
Value Creator: Negotiate agreements that benefit both Mumo Systems and our valued clients.
Solution Delivery Expert: Ensure seamless implementation and ongoing optimization of Atlassian solutions.
Customer Advocate: Proactively communicate progress, address concerns, and exceed expectations.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Monitor and analyze account metrics, providing insightful reports to drive future strategies.
What You Bring
Proven Experience: A successful track record as a Senior Account Manager or similar role, preferably within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and customer retention through strategic account management.
Communication Powerhouse: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS software sales dynamics and value propositions.
Negotiation Ninja: Ability to navigate complex negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Results-Oriented: A proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions that achieve tangible results.
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
