What You'll Do

  • Win new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals in Atlassian licenses and services.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for our enterprise clients.
  • Develop strategies by crafting account plans to break into new markets and industries.
  • Communicate our value by clearly articulating how Mumo Systems' offerings solve client challenges.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client goals.
  • Stay agile by adapting strategies based on industry trends and client feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales success with 6+ years of B2B sales experience and a strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
  • A hunter mentality—self-motivated, proactive, and thrives when chasing new opportunities.
  • Industry knowledge of Atlassian products or similar platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or NetSuite is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with top-level executives.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with CRMs like HubSpot and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing complex sales cycles in fast-paced environments.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
