Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build effective relationships with B2B clients to generate consulting services business and Atlassian software licensing sales all geared towards creating and providing solutions that optimize and add value to our customers business. Your success will lead to improved client acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and overall sales growth. Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on and nurture customer leads to convert prospects into clients.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience.
  • Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Understanding of SaaS software sales; experience with Atlassian Software, ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms is preferred.

Skills

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM best practices.
  • Adept Hubspot user.
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Education

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
