Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager at Mumo Systems, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our partnerships within the Atlassian ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on managing our relationships with key Atlassian contacts, maximizing opportunities for license and service lead generation, and ensuring compliance with Atlassian partnership requirements. Additionally, you will oversee our interactions with Marketplace app partners and spearhead the development of a partner program aimed at enlisting and engaging other Atlassian partners for the promotion of our proprietary Marketplace apps.

Responsibilities

Atlassian Partnership Management:

      • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key Atlassian contacts.
      • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate leads for licenses and services.
      • Ensure compliance with Atlassian partnership requirements and maximize partner benefits within our organization.
      • Keep the team well-informed about Atlassian news, opportunities, marketing resources, and benefits.

Atlassian Marketplace Partner Management:

      • Serve as the main point of contact for Marketplace app partners.
      • Facilitate mutual benefit realization and ensure partner requirements are met.
      • Keep the team informed about developments and opportunities within the Atlassian Marketplace.

Partner Program Development:

      • Develop and implement a partner program for Mumo Systems.
      • Recruit and engage other Atlassian partners to increase awareness, enablement, and marketing of our proprietary Marketplace apps.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


Skills

  • Proven experience in partnership management, preferably within the Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian products, partnerships, and the Marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving mutual benefit for partners.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in partner management or a related role.
